Digital Project Manager/Producer (Contractor)

We're seeking a Digital Project Manager/Producer to project manage and produce creative experiences in collaboration with our brand and advertiser partners in Q4. A technology subject matter expert who delivers best-in-class executions, this person will be responsible for managing our new core production program and ensuring seamless execution with our brand and advertiser partners + development shops/production companies. You will leverage your creative and strategic insights and deep understanding of the digital process and requirements to coach and guide cross-functional teams and brand/advertisers through a project lifecycle in partnership with an outside vendor.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the production of the Pin Extension Program in Q4 with Partner Managers, Account Managers, Brand/Advertisers and outside vendors
- Co-Manage comprehensive document to track pitch status of program sell-in, sell-through and final production deliverables
- Upon sell-through, work with Partner Managers and Account Managers to setup a kick-off call between all relevant parties to brief in the assignment, including (but not exclusive of) reviewing goals, design details, product priorities, asset exchange and timeline review
- Collaborate with outside vendor to ensure they have appropriate materials to complete work (brief, brand visual and font assets, logos, etc)
- Review production through each phase as creative and quality check, before shared with brand/advertiser partner with an eye on ensuring we are delivering on expectations
- Manage reviews and feedback to ensure they are on-schedule and within scope
- Ensure final files get delivered to Brand/Advertisers and Partner/Account Manager to push live
- Work collaboratively with account manager and outside vendor to track metrics and record final metrics
- Learn from, iterate and optimize working relationships as wins and challenges arise
- May be asked to pitch in on other production/project management work streams pending sell-in and sell-through velocity
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a digital producer with background in agency, brand, or platform
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple small to medium projects at one time
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including schedule, operational needs, procedures, brand/advertiser standards and working with outside vendors
- Ability to coordinate projects on-time, anticipate blockers, provide escalation management, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
- Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment by showing confidence in navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Excellent time management, resource management, and planning skills
- The candidate will have an eye for detail, good judgment, and the ability to self-start and self-motivate.
- Serve as the central point of contact between our brand/advertiser partners, partner and account managers and outside vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and performance standards
- Ability to conduct in-depth quality assurance on both creative materials and technology functionality
- Strong analytical skills to be able to track overall measurement goals and priorities for brand/advertiser with cross-functional teams.
