Job Description

These are a few key criteria that come to mind as we envision a Manger for our Digital Transformation efforts. Reporting into the Senior Director of Digital Transformation, you will manage activities including communications, change management, re-skilling and operating model for (DigITs). We are excited to bring on an experienced digital transformation practitioner who is passionate about managing a large organizational journey, and is motivated by being part of one of the nation's leading cancer centers.

We are driving forward new ideas, innovation, and the development of new digital offerings. Using agile methodologies, data science, and user-centered design principles, our new products and services will improve the journeys of health consumers, researchers, and clinicians.

 

The Digital Transformation Manager is central to enabling our teams during this journey.

What you'll be doing:

  • Enable leaders with methodologies on how to drive change among themselves and their employees
  • Translate objectives of MSK’s Digital Vision to help the organization embrace digital skills, attitudes, and different ways of working
  • Support change strategy and training program to align progress with key business leaders including HR & Communications

Who you are:

  • A strategic, inspiring & empathetic motivator with the tactical execution experience
  • Hands-on experience consulting & collaborating on large-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • You have the ability to collect, interpret and synthesize information in order to build operating models as well as thought leadership
