The Opportunity

Bring your expertise to a rapidly growing team led by experienced technical founders with a market-leading technology product suite. We are seeking a motivated candidate to join as a Director on our Client Services team, helping oversee client success, product implementations, and broader project management efforts and strategic undertakings (collectively, “operations”) as our client base continues to rapidly grow. 

The position will report to the Head of Client Development, with daily engagement with the CEO and broader organization. Ideal candidates will have come from a consulting background or other enterprise software / technology client success background, with substantial experience and demonstrated success in this regard.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented, top performer to become directly engaged with several of the world’s most sophisticated private equity investors and produce immediate impact within a globally-focused financial technology firm.

As a Director on the Client Services team, you will:

  • Oversee broader Client Services processes and initiatives
  • Act as primary manager overseeing client onboarding & general account management 
  • Continue to develop recommended best-practices and work with team to deliver supporting materials to diverse constituent user base
  • Coordinate resources across Chronograph (Client Development, Marketing, Data Operations, Product) to ensure timely completion of client deliverables and alignment around client development initiatives
  • Develop and monitor client expectations  
  • Act as primary Engagement Manager during client implementations
  • Oversee Chronograph project management resources and personnel 
  • Produce flawless client deliverables to facilitate communication around complex project requirements
  • Uphold Chronograph brand standards & values in every client interaction
  • Proactively identify account growth opportunities
  • Strategize with senior leadership to identify client business cases 
  • Work closely with the executive team on broader strategic priorities and long-term projects

 
You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with six (6) to eight (8) years’ experience in professional services environment, ideally consulting, technology client success, sales engineering, or similar
  • Demonstrated excellence producing time-sensitive deliverables for sophisticated and exacting client base
  • Superb (written and verbal) communication skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (post-COVID)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and attitude. Your contributions will make a significant impact on our operations
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a high-performance environment
  • Flexibility and mindset open to performing a variety of tasks
  • Proactive individual with leadership potential
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, notably PowerPoint (and some Excel)
