We are looking for a Director of Project Management to design, implement, execute and manage a new customer facing project management discipline at Bizzabo. This person will work closely with Client Services leaders, cross functional managers and strategic customers to define and execute their projects effectively with the objective to minimize time to value and maximize outcome and satisfaction. Reporting to our Head of Client Services, this person will be a strategic player in the long term growth of Bizzabo.

What you’ll be doing:

• Define the project management discipline at Bizzabo from the ground up by identifying areas of need and prioritizing them. 
• Leads the identification and implementation of project management processes, methods, tools, guidelines and standards in order to establish a stable framework that supports stakeholders to improve the probability of successful project delivery
• Installing and leading the adoption of best practice processes, methods, and technologies
• Manage the execution of deliverables, both short and long-term, via clearly defined milestones, and timelines
• Execute on several projects concurrently, with a remote & distributed Client Services and Engineering team, while balancing competing priorities
• Keep stakeholders informed of day-to-day project statuses, updates, and risks
• Cultivate relationships across engineering and technical teams while serving directly as the end-to-end liaison
• Manage vendor relationships and partners 
• Develop and maintain a project plan in order to deliver best-in-class software and service
• Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction as measured through Bizzabo’s CSAT and NPS Score

Who you are:

• Must have a minimum of five years of experience in technical project management within a SAAS company
• Experience managing a team of technical experts
• Have built out technical projects from the ground up
• Have a technical background
• Experience working with remote and global teams
• You build strong relationships with partnered engineering and business teams
• You display initiative and take a proactive approach at finding ways to remove barriers to move a project forward
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
