Director of Special Projects
We are looking for a Director of Special Projects to run new experiments and evaluate big company bets. You will work closely with the CEO and the Leadership Team to take on new, high-profile, and unique projects that span across the organization, including go-to-market, strategy, recruiting, and more. You will collaborate closely across the organization to evaluate the most successful experiments and transitioning the organization to scale them further.

- Leading New Experiments: You will jump in and take lead on new experiments and initiatives that help the company gather new market signal, recruiting processes, and more. You will run the first set of experiments and then identify a path to scaling those experiments with the broader team

You will take on new external strategic initiatives and provide leverage to our CEO and leadership team
- Making Our Exec Team Better: You will seek out opportunities for our leadership team to Stay Hungry, Keep Improving, and push the company and our leadership team to improve and scale. You will provide efficiency and drive a rapid speed of iteration as we scale as a company
