The Educational Program Owner is part of the Customer & Partner Educational Programs department, in charge of developing and driving the UiPath internal and external educational programs.

The training area is primarily focused on the UiPath technology and associated RPA methodologies, technologies and integrations, therefore, understanding of the RPA industry and complementary technologies, market dynamic and a solid technical background is required.

 Key Accountabilities

  • Organizing educational programs and training activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Ensuring short-term and long-term goals are achieved through the programs developed.
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing a project team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities, including technical and non-technical members, internal and external contributors.
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
  • Analyzing program risks.
  • Working on implementing the strategic tasks together with the marketing team.
  • Conducting research in the educational/learning areas, latest learning processes and techniques, reskilling methods, learning system used, etc. and applying these to the training programs developed.
  • Building a strong understanding of the UiPath ecosystem including technology, delivery and business model, in order to design effective educational programs and learning initiatives.

Education/Technical/Functional Qualifications  

  • Bachelor degree or master degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering.
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
  • Proven experience in program management.
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
  • Proven experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma certified is a plus.

Desired Profile (essential)

  • Previous experience and understanding of the training processes at an organization level.
  • Quality-oriented is a must.
  • Organized and self-disciplined.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
