Bizzabo is looking for a motivated and proactive addition to our cross-functional Enablement team, which focuses on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of all employees. This role will lead enablement initiatives for key growth areas of the organization while taking ownership of various projects across the company. This individual will be focused on increasing the productivity of the Go-to-Market organization while improving the customer experience throughout their journey with Bizzabo.

Bizzabo’s all-in-one event software helps companies measure, manage, and scale events towards key business outcomes—empowering every organizer, marketer, exhibitor, and attendee to unleash the power of professional events. Bizzabo powers events for brands like Forbes, HubSpot’s INBOUND, Dow Jones, Gainsight, Uber, Bank of Ireland, and Electronic Arts. The company was founded by Boaz Katz, Alon Alroy, and Eran Ben-Shushan, and has hundreds of Bizzaboers working around the globe

What you'll be doing:

  • Discover and diagnose friction in the buyer journey; then create, implement and successfully execute solutions
  • Develop scalable growth programs and processes for key growth teams
  • Lead the design, creation, and deployment of a repeatable, scalable and trackable training programs 
  • Own and iterate on strategy and execution of Onboarding, including defining the various team competency milestones and potential certification program
  • Establish evaluation and measurement strategies to track return on your project initiatives
  • Support Go-to-Market managers and Leadership team in executing effective change management
  • Manage various enablement projects and coordinate all Go-to-Market enablement activities
  • Design, implement, update and manage team Playbooks
  • Have a hand in the direction, strategic analysis, and growth of the Enablement function at Bizzabo

Who you are

  • Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A skilled active listener who's passionate about learning and problem solving
  • Curious and empathetic

What you have: 

  • History of making an impact and measurably driving business outcomes at a technology company
  • Superior organizational, conflict resolution, time and project management skills
  • 2-3 years of direct experience in Enablement or in a Customer Success role required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • History of running experiments, analyzing and tracking progress and iterating on success
  • Working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologies

Bonus if

  • Experience using or managing an LMS, Gong, Gainsight, and content repositories
  • Experience as a Customer Success representative for a fast-growing technology company

Our office is located in the Flatiron District. Our energetic culture extends beyond the office and into the neighborhood of trendy bars/shops. Bizzabo also has offices in Israel, London, Montreal and Kiev.
