Bizzabo is looking for a high performing Executive Assistant to our CEO and entire leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing high volume schedules in a fast paced environment while partnering on company-wide projects and communication activities.

Bizzabo is the only event success platform for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Bizzabo’s all-in-one event software helps companies measure, manage, and scale events towards key business outcomes—empowering every organizer, marketer, exhibitor, and attendee to unleash the power of professional events. Bizzabo powers events for brands like Forbes, HubSpot’s INBOUND, Dow Jones, Gainsight, Uber, Bank of Ireland, and Electronic Arts. What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that processes are followed and closely coordinated within the group
  • Be proactive, pay attention to the details, and ensure you are enabling stakeholders to make smart and timely decisions
  • Stay on top of many moving pieces without letting anything drop 
  • Work cross-functionally to perform a range of related tasks that add value to the overall business
  • Maintain the CEO’s calendar in a confidential and purposeful manner, ensuring meetings contain the appropriate attendees, agenda items, and any changes are done with full consideration of a nationwide team, spanning multiple time zones
  • Maintain discretion and a keen understanding of the personnel as well as the organizational and legal impacts of the information handled
  • Liaise cooperatively and professionally with all levels of the organization including employees and outside professional contacts
  • Coordinate and implement all travel needs
  • Support cross-company projects as required

Who you are:

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional environment
  • Proven experience with project coordination
  • Project Management certification strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience

Our office is located in the Flatiron District. Our energetic culture extends beyond the office and into the neighborhood of trendy bars/shops. Bizzabo also has offices in Israel, London, Montreal and Kiev.
