Role:
As TpT’s Partnership and Project Manager, you’ll help TpT leverage external stakeholders and partners to help improve administrator perception of quality. You’ll drive strategy and execute on initiatives like advisory boards, research partnerships, industry conferences that will help efforts across the company to help TpT step into a position of industry leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Execute on highly visible, external facing work that will positively impact TpT's position as a thought leader in the education industry and improves our perception of quality with admins who are looking for more external validation that TpT is an important content provider
- Secure speaking opportunities for TpT at conferences, industry events, etc.
- Field in-bound speaking and partnership opportunities and recommend course of action based on company objectives and resourcing
- Cultivate and maintain an established network of industry experts and thought leaders
- Support recruitment and relationship management of TpT quality advisory board(s).
- Manage relationships with partners and potential partners in efforts to further TpT’s brand and reputation.
- Project manage external projects related to external opportunities
- Determine internal criteria and alignment for evaluating an opportunity based on brand and company strategy.
- Initiate external partnerships based on comms/brand needs.
Requirements:
- BA/BS
- 5+ years of education-related experience and/or established track record in relationship management, community development, and community organizing.
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with multiple audiences
- First class verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills and an operations orientation
- Demonstrates strong time management, organizational and problem solving skills
- Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
