OnSiteIQ is looking for the most ambitious women and men to join our Field Operations Management team and deliver our ground-breaking SaaS platform to real estate owners/developers across the country. 

As a Field Operations Manager at OnsiteIQ, your work will be critical in ensuring the expansion and quality of our service across the country. Your day-to-day activities will include overseeing our field data collection team who are tasked with collecting 360 degree visual data on construction sites. 

What You’ll Do:

• Onboard new data collectors in existing or new markets 
• Manage your field team to ensure each project gets completed on time everyday
• Performing quality control for your field team’s data 
• Open new markets
• Use metrics and KPIs to drive decisions within your markets
• Troubleshoot any issues in the field, hardware and software related
• Innovate, iterate and deploy new techniques and strategies by working with our product team
• Report to operations and strategy team on system improvements

Phenomenal Team Members Have:

• Bachelors Degree 
• 2+ years in construction site or project/field management experience
• Demonstrated team management skills
• Comfortable with technology 
• Valid OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
