Growth Sales Program Manager at Newsela
The Growth Sales Program Manager will lead the charge in building strategy and programs to support Newsela’s sales targets. You will work closely with our Chief Customer Success Officer, customer support team, and team of regional sales managers to build state-specific, regional, and national growth strategy programs that support pipeline growth. You’ll be an expert on the K-12 education market, drawing on your understanding of funding, state initiatives, demographics, standards of adoption, and the overall K-12 education landscape to work with our Marketing team to develop and manage state- and school district-level action plans that enable our sales reps to achieve their territory quota. You’ll also work closely with our sales organization to refine our forecasting and reporting, focusing on accountability and enhancing our predictive sales models.
