What We’re Looking For: 

We are currently looking for a Head of Delivery (PMO) to lead Project Management Operations in the successful delivery of Domio properties. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations of the Project Management department, in addition to working cross-functionally with our internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. The Head of Delivery is a strategic leader who is able to serve as a knowledge expert and implement best practices when needed. This individual must possess the ability to juggle multiple projects in various life-cycles with a high business acumen (risks and opportunities assessment). We’re looking for someone who has experience both working with early-stage startups and smaller companies scaling rapidly, as well as established larger companies.

At Domio You Will:

  • Manage overall quality, budget, and schedule for project
  • Have full process oversight of project team
  • Manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize workload within the group to ensure that project timelines are met
  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders to align priorities across the company
  • See projects through from beginning to end
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all extended and external project team members
  • Keep track of potential impacts to project budget, schedule, and quality
  • Have substantial involvement during documentation and pre-construction/bidding to secure access agreements, finalize budget, award contracts, and release construction
  • Generate and continuously maintain reporting data for respective projects, reporting to upper management as necessary
  • Work across the different teams to roll out new initiatives and meeting targets

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience of project management of construction projects
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team
  • Must be willing and able to travel to oversee the projects at the various stages (30-50% travel) 
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Good understanding of performance management frameworks and tools in the delivery of business objectives
  • Experience in retail, commercial , or residential construction is preferable
  • Experience reading construction documents
  • Passionate about development and wanting to help grow the community
  • Love to think outside the box and explore new ways to execute projects
  • Passionate about collaborating and putting out the absolute best work
  • Great at managing productivity
  • Cross-functional communicator: must understand the daily responsibilities and work styles of each team member
  • Knowledge of industry standard project management software (e.g. Basecamp, Airtable, Trello commercial , or residential, etc.)
  • Comfortable with tech and data
  • Preferably interested in design and has a creative eye
