The Role:

DailyPay is looking for a proven, results-driven individual to be our Head of Enterprise Implementations (Team Lead). In this position, you will lead a team of Implementation Managers in our growing Enterprise Implementation organization.

As Team Lead, you must have a mix of project management and technical implementation acumen to achieve client satisfaction through timely and accurate implementations. You must have strong experience in B2B implementations, people management and developing/mentoring talent in a high-growth SaaS environment. Additionally, recommending and executing technical solutions to solve complex problems is essential to the success of this role.

As the Head of Enterprise Implementations, you will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Implementations. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of high-performing implementation managers
• Ensure successful implementations through on-scope, on-quality and on-time delivery
• Develop, mentor and coach the implementations team to ensure high levels of productivity, performance, and professional development
• Define best practices for the implementation processes
• Hire and onboard new team members, developing them quickly into strong individual contributors
• Own the ultimate success of our implementations, including launch timeline and quality 
• Serve as customer advocate internally by effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, Payments Operations, and Support
• Effectively manage and resolve internal and external escalations
• Provide creative solutions to complex technical problems 

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation experience within a digital technology environment, including 4+ years managing enterprise and strategic implementations
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and a proven background in project management, team management, customer implementations and management.  
• Strong leadership capability with proven experience building and managing dynamic, collaborative, and high performing teams
• Technical and product competence and understanding of HCM technology, ETL / Integration / API software / Middleware
• A strong ability to drive solutions on unknown systems, processes and workflows
• Implementation experience in HCM software is a plus.
• Strong management skills with a focus on recognizing, inspiring, and developing talent
• Experience scaling teams, evolving organizational structures, and maximizing resources
• Client facing experience with 500 - 10,000 employee organizations
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills 
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for the technology space 
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, high growth environment 
• Availability to travel as needed
