What's Clyde - Clyde is an end-to-end product protection platform that is rethinking the way retailers increase loyalty and drive revenue, and the way customers manage their purchases. We are tackling the $50B per year extended warranty market and becoming the de facto solution in the space by leveraging an intense focus on product, design, and customer experience. Clyde delivers product protection plans directly to consumers as they shop, owning the relationship from purchase to claim submission to resolution. We know that the relationship between retailers and their customers is far from over after checkout so we’re building products to deliver value at every stage of this relationship.

As an Implementation Consultant at Clyde you will ensure the successful implementation, management, and completion of large projects and operations with our merchants. You are a skilled project manager that will be accountable for leading our merchant engagements as they evaluate, design, and implement the Clyde platform. As an early member of the Clyde team, you will work hand-in-hand with senior leadership to design our way of working and help ensure we differentiate on service.

An opportunity to...

• Own the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise companies from contract signing through launch
• Proactively develop and project manage a customer's integration architecture, change management strategy, and timeline
• Partner with other sales and technical services team to improve the Clyde user journey
• Communicate best practices to ensure customer success
• Direct team members as needed to ensure successful project implementation
• Provide project-related insight and advice to other team members
• Liaise with management and stakeholders on project details and deadlines
• Present feedback and suggestions relating to the implementation of assigned projects
• Identify, report, and resolve key project issues.

• Experience working with strategic customers on technology solutions
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
• A track record of successful implementation projects
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking are crucial to the role
• Proven project management skills
• Strong critical thinking skills, including ability to identify suboptimal internal processes
• Exceptional management skills in a variety of business operations
• Some familiarity with APIs and eCommerce architecture
