Implementation Engineer/ Project Manager

DriveWealth is seeking an Implementation Engineer/ PM to support the product offerings of our rapidly growing B2B global Partner network. Our Partner Solutions Group works across all areas of DriveWealth to enable our Partners to integrate and launch their amazing applications through DriveWealth’s cutting edge investment infrastructure. This role will be responsible to manage the implementation and integration of this platform.
Responsibilities
- Independently own the post-sales integration process in a highly consultative and proactive manner for DriveWealth’s strategic Partners
- Hold cross functional teams (e.g Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations) accountable to quickly come up with solutions that achieve the Partners desired outcome
- Engage in both business-level and technical conversations at different levels of an organization, including Senior Management and C-Suite
- Improve upon our Partner’s integration outcomes, including time to launch, integration health and Partner satisfaction
- Act as a subject matter expert in all things retail brokerage, including standard practices (Trading, Onboarding, Reporting) and regulatory frameworks
- Establish and lead recurring Partner check-in calls to ensure Partners are meeting milestones and clear any roadblocks
- Be an expert in DriveWealth’s current product offering, learning how to work with and leverage our API suite
- Leverage internal tools and resources to manage technical issues Partners might face while integrating
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a strong generalist background, with exposure to API implementations, product, and customer success
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to DriveWealth’s largest Partners
- Prior experience with AWS, Postman, Sumo Logic, and JIRA a plus
- Ability to function independently in a very ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- You have a passion for building trust and communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to translate complex technical items simply for business users
Nice to haves:
- Prior experience at a growth stage API based Infrastructure company
- Prior experience in the investing or finance industry, specific to U.S Securities
