We are looking for an experienced Implementation Lead on the B2B side to join our Business Operations team. This role would be responsible for all internal implementation needs and tasks. We are looking for someone who has experience working with clients and who wants to bring their talents into a “for purpose” space. About This Role:

• Oversee all implementation needs and tasks for accounts including website setup, plan preparation and administrative configuration for clients
• Provide enterprise account support by handing all internal configuration needs for account management including renewals, upsells, terminations, and maintenance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and account management teams by answering questions relating to account requests and capabilities 
• Collaborate with Finance to address potential billing issues and errors
• Partner with internal stakeholders from product, network, support, sales, account management teams to develop to maintain and document scalable processes
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements 

About You

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-5 years of professional experience in account and data management
• Experience working with external contacts and project management
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams in a variety of settings and be able to listen and articulate positions
• Attention to detail and superior organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At ease with ambiguity
• Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

• Experience in health tech working with health plans and payors
