About the Role
Implementation Managers at Rokt are specialists that focus on supporting eCommerce brands during the onboarding process, managing the Rokt customer lifecycle from pre- to post-launch.
As a key part of our go-live process, Implementation Managers focus on getting our customers integrated correctly and efficiently to ensure success over a long-term partnership.
Outcomes and Responsibilities
- Implementation Managers are responsible for managing each client through all phases of onboarding
- Serve as a project manager for all aspects of the launch
- Coordinate with internal Rokt teams to ensure all aspects of the launch are documented and actionable
- Execute the agreed-upon solution with our clients to hit their objectives and develop the foundation for long-term success
- Handle all client issues in a thorough and timely manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the client onboarding process
- Create a feedback loop for lessons learned through implementation to other stakeholders at Rokt
Capabilities & Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in similar roles at cloud SaaS, Martech, Adtech or eCommerce businesses
- Ideal candidate will have an energetic and entrepreneurial attitude
- Hyper-organized and able to manage competing priorities with multiple clients
- Detailed-oriented and bold enough to suggest alternative methods for ultimate client success
- Ability to pick up technical and digital marketing concepts quickly
- Basic understanding of web development (HTML, Javascript) and eCommerce integration technologies
- Project management expertise a plus
- Must be willing to work full time in the New York office
