The Implementation Manager is responsible for efficiently integrating Optimove's products with our clients’ internal systems and 3rd parties (including other service providers). He/She will be responsible for interacting with clients, other service providers and internal teams; to ensure that clients have the solutions needed to successfully work with the Optimove platform.
The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented with a hands-on approach, tech savvy, and organized; with excellent communication and customer facing skills and has a passion for excellence, innovation and success.
This is not a “behind the scenes” role. Once trained on the Optimove platform and tools, the Implementations Manager will quickly start working directly on client projects and with our cross-functional teams utilizing the team’s best practices. 

Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for end-to-end Implementation of Optimove's products with Optimove clients and third-party vendors
  • Provide proactive customer service to clients and third-party vendors in an articulate, positive and informative manner
  • Own the Integration Lifecycle hands-on (requirements, planning, kick-off, configuration/set-up, communication, deployment, testing and monitoring)
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and proactively drive forward solutions
  • Understand Optimove’s products and collaborate with Product and R&D team to identify and communication technical services and solutions
  • Be the source for all questions around the product and processes from other internal teams
  • You will wear many hats, work independently, as well as a team player within a growing team 

Requirements:

  • You possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • You have 3+ years of experience in either client-facing project/product management role or consulting technical account management software experience
  • You are a strong relationship builder. You're comfortable working with a clients and vendors to help drive implementation
  • Technologies fascinate you; although you don’t need to code, you must be familiar with web and/or mobile technologies (such as; API, JSON, HTML, Java, NodeJS, JavaScript, CSS, mySQL)
  • You are experienced in project and risk management to communication strategies
  • Ability to learn quickly in a face-pasted environment, while working with department’s best practices
  • Experience in SaaS implementation processes - advantage
  • Using Atlassian tools – advantage
  • Writing web / mobile programming language code - advantage
