Narmi's Co-Founders previously ran a financial institution as CEO and CTO so understand the challenges and needs of the market first-hand. This gives us a unique competitive advantage and heavily influences our product and engineering efforts.
We are seeking a conversion-focused Project Manager to help implement projects for Narmi. This person will have had previous experience in the digital banking or digital account opening industry and be familiar with the product suite and different third-party vendors. You will be responsible for full range of activities requires to effectively deliver project(s) including defining the project’s requirements and objectives, developing the project plan, leading implementation as well as overseeing quality control. You will be the face of Narmi across multiple financial institutions during conversion, existing customer and new implementation projects.

Responsibilities
- See Narmi projects to completion on time, within scope and with high customer satisfaction scores
- Develop and create project plans to help manage key deliverables, reporting on issues, project risks and project status
- Act as a subject matter expert for the products that are being implemented
- Coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental and cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure
- Participate in verification testing of client workflows with the customer
- Provide hands-on training to customers for installation and operation of Narmi products
- Ability to travel onsite for go-live support as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years SaaS-based technology company in project management working on complex financial institution implementations
- Experience managing customer expectations, delivering customer-ready communications and conducting meetings or presentations
- Experience installing online and mobile banking products and integrating into different core providers & third-party vendors
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- B.A. or B.S. degree
- PMP Certification is preferred
