ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Restaurants Team at Resy is growing quickly and we are looking for a nimble and enthusiastic Implementation Specialist to join Resy! This person will play a critical role within the Customer Success Group, ensuring that restaurants are quickly and efficiently activated on the Resy platform. Partnering closely with our Sales and Account Management teams, our Implementation Specialists are crucial in setting up our restaurant partners for future success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide efficient and frictionless service to our valued Restaurant Partners while driving long-term success for Resy at scale
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products, articulate and guide Restaurant Partners through integration
• Track integration performance and user feedback, and provide reports to key stakeholders within the Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering Teams
• Understand requirements for tools and processes in order to increase user efficiency
• Gather requirements and help build tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which our Restaurant Partners integrate with us
• Provide internal and external support of new features and products launches

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably at a startup
• You have strong attention to detail and love the intricacies of data entry
• You are analytical, driven by data, and results oriented
• You excel in customer service, you provide clear and thorough instructions, and you remain calm during stressful situations
• You are communicative and highly organized
• You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• You are a team member through and through, knowing when to play the role of leader or follower given the circumstance
• You are passionate about restaurants and the hospitality industry
