Implementation Team Lead
Check is a payroll-as-a-service API that lets you embed payroll directly in your vertical SaaS, HR, or time-tracking platform. Our API abstracts away the complexities of running payroll: tax calculation, remittance, and filing, plus the movement of money between companies and employees. This enables companies to easily build fully integrated payroll products to offer to their customers.
At Check, the Payroll Operations team is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll for every company on our platform, every payday. The support function empowers our partners with proactive notifications and robust issue resolution. It is the responsibility of the payroll support specialist to work across the teams at Check to ensure a high level of service for all of our partners.
As the Implementation Team Lead, you will be responsible for working alongside our partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll implementations. In this role, you will gather customer payroll tax requirements along with all the data needed for an accurate and compliant implementation. You will run successful implementations for the partner, accurately transposing their employee and company information into Check to ensure a seamless, error-free transition. You will be responsible for conducting internal training and assist in the professional development of the implementation support team.
We are looking for an implementation team lead with a hunger for growth and a minimum of 5 years of payroll and implementation experience. Prior exposure to a fast-moving payroll SaaS environment is ideal. Comfort with scaling processes and an ability to adapt will also be critical as our partners ramp up implementations.
