After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we plan to scale to 300 team members in 2022. We are looking for a dynamic team player with phenomenal people skills to train clients, support software implementations, and foster strong client relationships. The Implementation Consultant is responsible for analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables to successfully complete the implementation of the Flex solution, assisting partners with completing configuration requirements, gathering appropriate data or content, and coordinating with other internal departments. The Implementation Consultant is instrumental in effectively communicating challenges to the appropriate departments to ensure positive ongoing client experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Implementation of product for property management companies, coordination of data conversion and training, deliver on-time implementations and onboarding
  • Use your strong teaching skills to effectively train clients, manage software integrations, maintenance, and updates in collaboration in clients
  • Drive customer adoption of the Flex platform during onboarding phase by creating proper alignment with corporate marketing team and building deep integrations of solutions into third-party systems
  • Research, analyze, and resolve software functionality and reporting problems for clients
  • Focus on best practices and provide recommendations to clients regarding ancillary products and services that align with our client’s business and operational needs and goals
  • Accurately forecast activation dates and manage implementation appropriately to meet release dates
  • Ensure appropriate hand-offs and communication with Engagement Managers, Consultants and Account Management

Who you are:

  • 4 years of experience in software or business process consulting, or equivalent consulting experience interacting with customers
  • Strong experience managing projects/platforms in the multi-family industry
  • Confidence and the ability to positively influence clients, peers, and management
  • High comfort level troubleshooting and problem-solving issues
  • A love for organization and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Great people skills
