Integration Associate
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.
As an Integration Consultant, you’ll combine your exceptional technical, organizational and communications skills in order to implement the Affirm solution with our growing network of retail partners. You will be the primary contact for our partners’ business and technical teams, while working cross-functionally with Affirm’s Sales, Engineering and Merchant Success teams to assure successful deployment.
What you’ll do
- Plan, lead and coordinate end-to-end implementations for Affirm’s retail partners
- Resolve technical integration issues related to partners’ ecommerce front-end platforms and back-end order management systems
- Conduct trainings to educate clients on the operational and technical components of the Affirm integration
- Identify and implement business and technical processes to drive efficiency and scalability of the deployment process
- Develop detailed technical documentation
- Provide product feedback from clients to the Product and Engineering teams to improve overall product performance and feature set
What we look for
- BS degree in computer science, technology, or related field
- 2+ years experience in implementations, consulting, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional project management, analytical, organizational, technical and leadership skills to manage client engagements and internal resources
- Related industry experience with a background in technology and e-commerce platforms
- Willing to take action with excellent organizational, project management, and written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently and drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail
We’re excited to announce that Affirm is now a remote-first company! This role can be located anywhere in the U.S. and Canada (with the exception of Quebec). Remote based employees may occasionally travel to an Affirm office for meetings or team building events. Our offices in San Francisco, New York City, Pittsburgh, Chicago, and Salt Lake City will remain operational and accessible for anyone to use on a voluntary basis.
