About the position:
Stellar Health is looking for an Integrations Project Manager who has the drive to effectively and efficiently implement new data integrations in our fast-paced high growth company!  

This role will report to a Technical Program Manager and will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of data integration projects for new businesses or expansions of existing customers.

You will work closely with our Growth, Customer Operations and Engineering teams to achieve successful new business launches and/or expand existing customers in support of strategic product initiatives.

As an Integrations Project Manager, you will be responsible for: 

• Developing strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to implement a variety of integration technologies and data formats
• Owning and tracking data project timelines and deliverables
• Manage all stages of an implementation project including, but not limited to stakeholder management, prioritization, and testing; ensure timely and successful go live:
• Ensure proper setup of the connectivity required for file transfer
• Perform user acceptance testing to identify and resolve any potential issues prior to go-live
• Constructively present test results and propose adjustments that will improve data exchange and strengthen our ongoing partnerships
• Monitor, audit, and report on newly implemented integrations to ensure that they are stable
• Prepare and maintain documentation that defines customer requirements, workflows, and relevant implementation analysis for new implementations
• Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments
• Deep dive into complex operational workflows to optimize end-to-end process with integration technology
• Clearly communicate progress & measurements of success for projects, identify project risks and blockers, and escalate as appropriate to the leadership team
• Communicating complex technical subjects to technical and non-technical audiences
• Effective handoff for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting post launch

As an Integrations Project Manager you should have:

• Moderate/advanced MS Excel and powerpoint skills
• Advanced project/task management applications and tools such as - Asana, JIRA, MS Project management or Monday
• Demonstrated organization and time management abilities
• Strong skills with critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem solving
• Exceptional ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts both verbally and in writing
• Experience managing multiple clients, projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• 1-2 years of related experience in the healthcare IT industry preferred
• Experience working healthcare data standards (ex: ANSI-837, 835, HL7) preferred
• Experience working with payers, provider groups and EHR implementations a plus
