How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Internal Communications Program Manager reporting to the Head of Internal Communications to help us continue our exciting growth trajectory and transformation. The optimal candidate will have experience working at a highly-collaborative, fast-moving company with individuals at all levels of leadership and cross-functional teams to execute programs that make a meaningful impact.

A day in the life of an Internal Communications Program Manager at Collibra:

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Collaborate to drive the development and execution of multiple stakeholder internal communication programs  
  • Support the migration of the company to the new intranet platform by creating and leading the collation of materials stored across multiple platforms 
  • Create content for various employee communications channels, including a new intranet portal 
  • Increase adoption of the company’s new intranet portal through creative programs, calendar management and content strategies 
  • Plan and execute company All Hands including planning and pre- and post-communications

You Have:

  • Meaningful experiences in marketing operations, internal communications, event management and/or project management within fast-paced, evolving companies 
  • Strong writer and communicator, with the ability to quickly learn new material and deliver written communications on new topics
  • Excellent capabilities to manage multiple programs with competing priorities; this requires exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and teams in a multicultural, diverse, and highly performance-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
