If you shop online (and who doesn’t these days?), then chances are you’ve already interacted with Yotpo. We’re a leading eCommerce marketing platform, on a mission to help brands of all sizes accelerate their growth through exceptional customer experiences. Loyalty programs, SMS marketing, reviews, and visual user generated content are our bread and butter, but we have more solutions up our sleeve, too.

We have teams across the world, including the US, UK, Israel, Bulgaria and Australia — and we’re still growing. Yotpo secured a $230 million fundraising round in March 2021, our valuation is now $1.4 billion, and our primary goal is to deliver the best technology in the industry. You can hear all about it in our latest brand video.

Sound exciting? Then read on, because we’re in pursuit of the best and the brightest minds to help us achieve our vision.

The Yotpo Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement team seeks an eager-to-learn, roll with the punches, self-starter to join our team as an Learning & Development Coordinator. In this role, you’ll coordinate onboarding training logistics; deliver training communications updates; and work with vendors that are vital to our team's success. As a member of the GTM enablement team that sits under Revenue Operations, you’ll be helping with execution on training and learning programs that will ensure the success of our sales, account management, partnerships, and customer success organizations.

You Will:

  • Manage logistics, scheduling and coordination for trainings and events
  • Own meeting setup, execution, and follow-ups for both ongoing initiatives (e.g. All Hands) and spot initiatives (e.g. product trainings)
  • Maintain a global training calendar and records of programs and certifications
  • Update communication platforms to include training videos, certifications, decks, one-pagers, and other materials to make programs scalable and easily accessible
  • Pull reports and share current usage of content assets or program completion rates across various platforms (e.g. LMS (Showpad), CMS (Guru), Ops data)
  • Evaluate content and resources to ensure they reflect any organizational, product, or content changes
  • Create surveys and monitor feedback on the programs we run to ensure their success and identify any gaps in relevancy & delivery
  • Project manage and maintain programs in a timely way, ensuring content is always relevant, current and accessible

About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a learning & development, HR or other equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside-the-box.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply - while the office is working remotely until January 2022, this is a NY-based position given the future needs of the role.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in fast growing tech startup / B2B SaaS / e-commerce.

If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, that’s okay! We believe in hiring people, not just skills. If you have a passion to learn and are excited about eCommerce and technology, then we want to hear from you.
