We’re looking for an experienced manager to join our Implementation team, reporting to the Director of Customer Onboarding. The Implementation team at BentoBox is responsible for onboarding customers with eCommerce features such as Online Ordering, Catering, Gift Cards and more. The individual will manage and grow a team of 6, alongside an expanding onboarding department.  

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach and hire a team of Implementation Managers and Associates, developing a growth path for each individual
• Build best practices and streamline processes to ensure customers are receiving a best-in-class onboarding experience and seeing value as quickly as possible
• Analyze reporting, build dashboards and provide tactical solutions to aid in the goal of onboarding customers efficiently and helping individuals achieve their goals
• Provide regular updates and insight to the Director of Customer Onboarding and the VP of Customer Success 
• Work cross functionally, providing feedback and insight with product, sales, design and customer success teams
• Serve as an escalation point and gather feedback from customers for onboarding
• Provide regular feedback to team members during 1:1s and team calls

Skills and Attributes:

• 5+ years in onboarding, customer service, customer success or customer facing roles
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong analytical skills, familiarity with analytics tools, and experience using data to make decisions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to provide well thought out solutions
• Advocate for BentoBox restaurant customers with a strong desire to help them succeed using our suite of products
• Passion for the restaurant industry
