Click is progressing a broad pipeline of Digital Therapeutics™ across a variety of high-burden therapeutic areas, including MDD, Schizophrenia, Migraine, Chronic Pain, Atopic Dermatitis, Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), Obesity and more.
About the Role:
As Director, Portfolio Strategy, you will lead the execution of Click’s portfolio management activities. As part of this role, you will work directly with the Chief Strategy Officer and the executive team to help establish and document our overall portfolio strategy, update it in response to emerging information and communicate it throughout the organization. You will also lead key strategic initiatives and program manage early-stage research and development activities for upcoming pipeline assets. As part of this role, you will work closely with executive leadership and internal cross-functional teams, as well as interface with our network of external clinical, scientific and commercial experts. Generally positions at Click can be on-site, remote or hybrid (an optimal combination of remote and on-site). Our headquarters is located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We also have dedicated spaces in central Miami, San Francisco, and Boston, and, in addition, via our partnership with Industrious, any Click employee can access co-working locations nationally.

Responsibilities:
- Lead portfolio management activities at Click, including assisting with documenting portfolio strategy, organizing and running meetings of the portfolio steering committee, and ensuring consistent understanding of and application of Click’s portfolio strategy across the organization.
- Implement pipeline planning and prioritization consistent with the portfolio strategy to achieve company goals by helping prioritize research, development and commercial initiatives and communicating those priorities across the company.
- Maintain and evolve Click’s pipeline progression system for advancing products through development by incorporating the latest best-practices and agile development strategies from across the organization.
- Program manage early-stage pipeline progression activities for emerging pipeline products to set them up for successful product and technology development.
- Proactively identify high-impact opportunities where developing a formal cross-functional strategy would advance organizational success; lead workshops, discussions and research to develop and document the new strategy; and communicate the conclusions of the strategy across the organization.
- Advance the infrastructure for the strategy function within Click by establishing methods for setting and updating strategy, producing strategy deliverables, and communicating strategy within the organization.
- Work with the Chief Strategy Officer to identify and pursue key strategic initiatives that will advance the success of Click, its portfolio, and the digital therapeutics industry. Liaise directly with the executive management team, including the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and SVPs of Commercial and R&D to execute on key strategic initiatives across Click’s business.
- Develop work plans to guide execution of portfolio management tasks and strategic initiatives; track progress against the work plans; plan ahead to ensure timely and efficient execution of work; generate regular status updates; and communicate opportunities and challenges to management as needed.
- Author presentations, white papers, commentary articles, etc. for communicating key elements of Click’s portfolio strategy and strategic initiatives to relevant external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Development, Investment Banking or Management Consulting with a focus on the life sciences industry or equivalent.
- Track record of originating and leading successful cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and drive projects, meeting all deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Highly adaptable to a dynamic atmosphere of changing requirements and scope.
- Able to correspond with internal and external contacts in a professional manner.
- Superb writing, visual design and communication skills.
- A graduate of a 4-year degree from a top-tier university with strong academic track record.
- Analytical mindset and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to anticipate potential needs and challenges before they occur.
