DailyPay is seeking a Marketing Project Manager who will be managing marketing projects and campaigns. This person reports directly to the Director of Marketing and will ensure projects are running efficiently, coordinate with project stakeholders, and effectively plan deliverables until execution. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a unique opportunity to lead marketing initiatives within a quickly scaling company. 

As a marketing project manager you will be responsible for: 

  • Be responsible for overseeing and managing assigned marketing projects and campaigns across Brand, Digital, Product Marketing
  • Ensure that projects are running efficiently; create, manage tasks, and execution of marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure planning and collaboration across the entire project life-cycle
  • Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
  • Consistently manage internal expectations on realistic timelines for delivery based on overall resources available
  • Actively monitor project risks and scope to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
  • Lead all project meetings and drive teams toward timely completion of project milestones and phases
  • Report to the Director of Marketing to optimize existing processes and tools that will increase efficiency
  • Assist in the coordination and management of all project planning meetings throughout the project life-cycle: preparing agendas, circulating key documents, note taking, and meeting follow ups

Critical skills to being a marketing project manager:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university 
  • 2-4 years of project management experience within a marketing department, creative studio, or agency
  • Demonstrated project management skills: organized and thorough
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop, implement, enforce, and adjust scalable processes that ensure best practices in marketing and resource management
  • Great collaboration with ability to focus on both the big picture and the small details
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and take collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Experience with workflow/project management tools – Trello or similar
