We are looking for a Measurement Program Development Manager team to join Team Snapchat! As a Measurement Program Development Manager, you'll open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions with them, evaluate their solution, and present recommendations to the management team. Working from our New York office, you'll provide thought leadership and work closely with Snap’s Measurement Product, Legal, Marketing and Finance on new/existing product initiatives. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and industry players will help shape our Measurement strategy.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with Product teams to identify critical partnership opportunities with the potential to grow Snap’s measurement ecosystem.
Launch and implement new measurement partnerships that are set up for continued success through interaction with critical cross functional stakeholders.
Work closely with our product team on data integration pipelines and methodology review
Track, analyze, and report key quantitative metrics both day-to-day and in quarterly business review format
Identify trends and evolving needs, to improve overall partnership relationship
Gather partner feedback to enhance the Monetization Partnership program
Build relationship with Global-based measurement community at the C-Level
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex content to a range of audiences
Knowledge of ad effectiveness, performance measurement, Direct Response techniques and data set systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes
Strong presentation and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, social science, communications, marketing, or another related area of study
3 years of experience in measurement and/or marketing science
Existing strategic relationships that can bring new ideas in media analytics and measurement to market for Snap
Experience working with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad products
