THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly organized Agent Onboarding Coordinator, who has great attention to detail, to join the Air Service Operations team. The Agent Onboarding Coordinator is both a strategic and hands-on role critical to our new hire initiatives and keeping our global recruiting and onboarding efforts moving forward.

As an Agent Onboarding Coordinator, you have a passion for the travel industry, enjoy building connections with people and are naturally adaptable and welcoming. You will guide candidates from recruitment to the completion of the three-week agent onboarding program, representing the Air Service team to both remote and on-site hires around the world.

This is an excellent learning opportunity for candidates interested in pursuing recruiting, employee onboarding and Human Resources.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in the recruitment of potential remote candidates
  • Execute preliminary interviews of potential candidates located across different time zones
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule remote agent orientation, onboarding and training schedules
  • Liase regularly with cross-functional groups (managers, training teams, in-house and off-site human resource teams) across multiple time zones to develop a seamless candidate and new hire experience
  • Become known as the "go to" person for all areas of agent onboarding within the Air Service team
  • Experiment: we are an adventuresome bunch so expect that anything and everything can change!

A perfect candidate has:

  • 2+ years experience working in general administrative coordination, preferably in employee onboarding
  • Possess superb written and spoken communication skills, proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Tagalog is a strong asset
  • Be prepared to work full-time hours on a schedule that includes evenings and weekends to adapt to our global hiring initiatives
  • Excellent computer skills, a willingness and an eagerness to approach coordination with a data-driven approach
  • Possess high level of understanding, patience and empathy
  • Have previous remote work experience and appropriate remote work set-up - such as quiet space, stable internet connection, and a back-up location
  • Are committed to continuous growth and learning. You understand that every challenge is an opportunity and you get excited about learning new things
