Joining Collibra’s Sales Enablement team:

Joining Collibra’s Sales & Customer Success Enablement team, the Onboarding Program Manager will be key to the success, growth and scale of Collibra, and to the success and satisfaction of our customers. Our position in the Data Intelligence industry, where we help enterprise customers become united by data to solve business challenges, requires a highly effective and skilled Sales and Customer Success organization. The Onboarding Program Manager will help new hires get up to speed in their new roles, facilitate their integration into Collibra’s culture, and continuously improve the onboarding program to adapt to the needs of the business.

The Onboarding Program Manager will design and deliver comprehensive new hire onboarding for Collibra sales and technical roles.  This will include developing role-specific onboarding learning paths, securing Executives and SMEs as presenters, and incorporating new Collibra initiatives into the onboarding materials.  The onboarding program includes introducing sales methodology and process enablement, Collibra-specific corporate functions and solutions, and internal tools. The ideal candidate will have a good mix of experience in a software sales SaaS organization, business acumen, and strong learning and program management skills delivered in a fast-paced technical selling environment. 

Onboarding Program Manager is responsible for:

  • Owning, maintaining, and delivering an onboarding program for new Collibra Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineers
  • Work with leaders and individuals in our sales organization to align onboarding learning plans by role
  • Understand the customer landscape, personas and buying journey 
  • Build trust with management, leaders and individuals as an extended part of their organization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the People team, product marketing, sales and professional services to build learning programs to gain maximum impact and alignment
  • Develop requirements for, prioritize, launch and measure enablement curriculum including such metrics as time to ramp, renewal rate, NDR and NPS/CSAT.

You Have:

  • Multi-year experience in sales enablement with a proven track record of success and influence, experience delivering onboarding programs a plus
  • Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in fast paced environments
  • Strong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycles, sales process, and sales coaching
  • The talent to translate and organize current and future behavior, skills and knowledge needs into an enablement program that can scale 
  • Familiarity with customizing an onboarding program to reduce time to ramp

Reporting to Collibra’s Director, Sales Enablement, the Onboarding Program Manager’s measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will assess the current onboarding program and assets, as well as meet with the Enablement Business Partners and their stakeholders to assess needs
  • Within your third month, you will refine the onboarding and will have taken over delivering it
  • Within your sixth month, measure success by evaluating the overall business impact of training delivered to new hires, specifically related to time to ramp, retention, and job preparedness.
