You will be responsible for the seamless onboarding of our merchants that we partner with online. You will balance the wants of various stakeholders, and continuously drive the project to the finish line. Given the variety in complexity and size of those projects you will adjust your approach accordingly.

Working with our merchants, the sales team and your merchant operations colleagues, you will be a key member of the team to provide an incredible onboarding experience for everyone from our growing DTC brands through to established enterprise retailers.

What You'll Do:

• Provide a seamless experience for our merchants between signing and going live.
• Build systems and processes to enable a high volume of merchants to be onboarding at any point in time whilst also providing a white glove experience for larger enterprise customers.
• Represent QuadPay in a professional manner with our merchants via phone, video call or email as well as on site during workshops and demos.
• Be the subject matter expert for QuadPay’s products and solutions for Merchants during the onboarding phase. 
• Have a sense of urgency to bring integrations to the finish line.
• Enjoy problem solving and delighting our Merchants.
• Be highly organized and able to juggle between multiple priorities.
• Work collaboratively with feedback to product & engineering domains, with whom you will discuss needs and requirements.
• Provide support to Merchants.

What You Should Have:

• 2 - 4 years of client facing integration experience preferably in solutions, account/category management or similar.
• Experience with Javascript, HTML, and API’s.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confidence and comfort with internal and external stakeholders.
• Intellectual curiosity, and great problem solving skills.

Bonus Points If You Should Have:

• Salesforce experience.
• Familiarity with the Buy Now Pay Later space.
