Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to work directly as the “right hand” to the Account Management team members. In this role, you will learn and execute the campaign launch process in its entirety. This includes onboarding, building, strategizing, launching, troubleshooting, and optimizing Data and Performance campaigns. Aside from campaign production, you will develop an understanding of client needs, identify areas for growth within accounts, and establish relationships with cross-functional team members (Account Management, Yield Management, Tech, Design). The ideal candidate will work harmoniously with these teams to ensure delivery, goals, and objectives put forth by our clients are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage Fluent’s campaign production queue, keeping track of where each campaign is in the build process, and ensuring timely and seamless launches to the best of Fluent’s ability
- Act as liaison between Sales, Account Management, Yield Management, and Tech during the setup of new campaigns
- Contribute to strategy meetings around new campaign launches
- Monitor, detect, troubleshoot, and solve for any issues within live campaigns, including communicating with clients when necessary
- Support Account Management in campaign pacing and targeting changes
- Learn and thoroughly understand Fluent’s business objectives, including our array of product offerings, and be able to effectively apply it through internal and external interactions

Requirements
- 0-1 years of professional experience at a media, tech or digital marketing company
- Comfortable working with data and numbers – proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Communicates effectively through written and verbal methods
- Positive attitude
- Exceptionally organized
- Highly competitive, proactive, efficient, and goal-oriented
- Enjoys cultivating meaningful relationships and possesses a natural ability to connect with people
- Naturally curious and demonstrates an eagerness to learn
- BA/BS degree
