The role
We are seeking an Operations Platform Program Manager to support the continued transformation and evolution of our Operations Platform. This role will report to the Group Integration Director with a dotted line to our Global Chief Finance Officer.
Our Operations Platform is composed of our Connective Digital Services (IT), Finance, Human Resource (EX) Operations, and Legal functions. These highly-critical functions are responsible for driving efficient, data-driven business operations across the Connective. The Platform was officially launched in 2021 and is continuing its digitization and transformation across several work streams into 2022 and beyond.
Accountabilities
- Successful delivery of our annual Operations Platform Initiative
- Oversight of the continued digitization, scaling, and evolution of our Operations Platform
- Collaborate with Operations Platform Leadership team to connect workstreams, identify/manage dependencies, and drive efficiencies
Opportunities
- Significant exposure and work partner to the Executive Connective leadership team
- Up front and personal involvement in the evolution of the Kin + Carta Connective
- Opportunity to develop an understanding of, and connection across, the wider Connective
Role responsibilities
- Support and servant leadership to the Operations Platform Leadership team with both operational and transformational activities
- Collaborate with Platform Leadership to translate strategy into execution
- Project and program management across multiple parallel work streams spanning the Platform functions
- Ownership and execution of continued Operations Platform maturity matrix and associated strategic objectives including strategic planning/execution and project/program management
- Budget planning, forecasting, and investment tracking across the Operations Platform
- Coordination with leadership who manage Regional budgets, as required
- Planning, support, and project management oversight of the annual budget planning process
- Coordination and collaboration with Strategy Office, Executive Leadership, and local Regions as required
- Ownership of Platform resourcing (i.e. onboarding/offboarding, recruitment, etc.)
- Tracking, reporting, and analysis of Platform KPIs
- Meeting ownership and facilitation of key Platform forums and ceremonies (i.e. Platform All Kin meetings, fortnightly Operations Platform Leadership team meetings, etc.)
- Oversight of company-wide Supplier Management process
- Collaboration on a list of prioritized activities
- Tracking and measuring of identified supplier KPIs
- Ownership of submitted requests through our intake process
- Coordination and alignment of internal and externals stakeholders involved in each request
- Manage day-to-day interactions with Vendr team (outsourced procurement support)
- Ownership of system consolidation program in partnership with CDS
- Continued iteration and evolution of process
Minimum qualifications

- 3-5 years experience in a project/program management role in consulting or an equivalent operations function

- Change management experience within past roles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
- Open to a dynamic work environment and the ability to quickly pivot when required
- A natural team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others
