The Outreach Coordinator functions as part of the Medical Operations team, working primarily in support of the full-time and network physicians. The Outreach Coordinator will be paired with a dedicated team of physicians to provide support. The Outreach Coordinator maintains member-facing contact, conducting personalized outreach to members who require additional assistance completing their treatment request. Acting as the liaison between the member and physician for non-medical issues, the Medical Coordinator forms an integral part of the member’s healthcare team at Ro.
This is a 3-month contracting position.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct outreach to patients requiring follow-up for non-clinical, administrative issues
- Assist patients with scheduling and completing phone and video appointments with their provider
- Assist with other provider/member-related ad hoc project

- Customer service experience is a plus
