Partner Launch Manager

As a CLEAR-Partner Launch Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the launch of our new locations around the country with CLEAR's primary partners. This position requires travel up to 100% of the time.
What You Will Do:
- Training local CLEAR teams on the Partner Programs
- Educating the staff of our partners on CLEAR
- Building Stakeholder Relationships with Local Partner GM & Managers
- Supporting the implementation of our technology onsite at each Partner location
Who You Are:
- Ability to function autonomously and with integrity keeping the CLEAR’s customers and business partners best interests in line
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers and stakeholders
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute to them with 100% accuracy, in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Drive membership enrollments through engaging Partner GPR members and educating them about the benefits of CLEAR
- Reaching for new challenges and asking for additional responsibility
- Balancing high volume with high quality customer experiences
- Resolve ambassador and stakeholder concerns or inquiries in an appropriate and timely manner, escalating to higher level as necessary
- Firm understanding of our technology, how it works, and how to fix it
- Bachelor's Degree
