Joining Collibra’s Enterprise Services Team:

Our Enterprise Adoption Services Principals are some of the most talented, well-seasoned data intelligence experts in the industry.  These roles act as trusted advisors to our customers and provide leadership and best practice guidance with respect to implementing the Collibra platform within a customer’s data governance strategy.

Enterprise Adoption Services at Collibra deliver services that transform the way our customers manage their data governance programs and set them up for long term success.

Enterprise Adoption Services Principals at Collibra are responsible for: 

  • Act as an advisor to Collibra’s Strategic and Enterprise customers to understand their vision and challenges
  • Work with enterprise architecture and governance teams, business line IT architects, and data governance advisors to drive effective utilization and adoption of Collibra platform capabilities
  • Assist in the development of solutions for customer’s business requirements, data intelligence strategy, capability roadmaps, and best practices
  • Identify sales and expansion opportunities for Collibra products and services at existing customers
  • Guide projects using the Collibra prescriptive path and best-practices to ensure customer success and a high return on Collibra software investments

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related area and 5+ years of experience in the field, in a related area or a master’s degree
  • Deep exposure to Data Governance, preferably with Collibra’s products
  • Expert-level knowledge and implementation experience in at least two areas including Data Governance, Catalog, Privacy, Data Management and/or Data Quality.
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor as well as in a team environment, with up to 50% trave

You Are:

  • Experienced working with C-level and VP customer executives
  • Experienced managing and providing thought leadership to  implementation teams and consulting
  • Skilled at developing capability maps, maturity assessments, strategic roadmaps and adoption recommendations.

Reporting to Collibra’s Director of Enterprise Adoption Services, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will have become enabled in Collibra product offerings, product training, Data Intelligence Framework
  • Within your third month, you will have gained knowledge of and experienced Collibra Adoption Services delivery
  • Within your sixth month, you will be engaged directly with customers in delivering Collibra Adoption Offerings and and providing expert guidance on Adoption recommendations
