The PS Namely Time Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation of and ongoing projects for our Namely Time solution.  The person will often work as part of a team to gather requirements, configure, test, and train our clients on Namely Time.  This person will also work independently on projects that may arise requiring the implementation of additional features, add-on training, or other project services Namely clients may desire.  The Namely Time Consultant must follow established processes, help build new processes where they do not exist, and look for opportunities to share the collective wisdom by authoring Help Community articles, leading internal training, and integrating Namely Time processes with the rest of our modules. The Time Consultant and success of the implementation project will be measured by Client NPS Scores, Internal Process and Quality Adherence Scores, and overall Billable Utilization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-time, quality projects in accordance with the client’s contractual go-live date
  • Manage gathering client requirements and translating them into an optimal solution to meet the clients needs through product configuration
  • Engage with clients to identify and troubleshoot any challenges they may experience with the time product
  • Identify, create, and document scalable best practices to improve and enhance the client experience and our solutions
  • Partner as an active member of the PS team on the client’s project, their solution, and the project’s overall success 
  • Maintain project milestones and updates in a timely manner and perform administrative tasks as required
  • Assist in the successful transition of clients from PS to ongoing support
  • Leverage a deep understanding of Namely’s products, functionality, and enhancements for a world-class implementation experience
  • Ensure all PS processes and business practices are followed as they relate to the delivery of PS solutions
  • Embody and champion Namely’s values in all internal and external interactions

Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading time system implementations/support
  • 2+ years of experience implementing/supporting SaaS systems in a remote environment
  • Previous client management experience, handling several clients and projects at once
  • Demonstrated ability to be consultative with clients, leading with a sense of urgency to respond to and resolve issues
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for finding a solution through proven complex problem solving abilities and knowledge of industry best practices 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively multi-task
  • Flexible, team-oriented self-starter who is capable of thriving in a startup environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability
  • Proficiency in Excel

Nice to Haves

  • Fluency in Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas, data transformation, etc.)
  • Industry certifications (i.e. FPC, CPP, CEBS, PHR, SPHR, etc.)
  • Other; Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, BPM
