How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

As our Regional Professional Services Manager in North America, you will be responsible for all aspects of the growth and delivery of Collibra's Professional Services business.  You will have an integral position within Collibra, working closely with Sales, Support, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure successful delivery of the Collibra Product Portfolio to our customers. 

A day in the life of a Professional Services Manager at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Director, Services Delivery, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

Your responsibilities will be divided into 3 main categories: 

Sales & Marketing   

  • Support sales team in all aspects of services business development activities
  • Scope engagements and write statements of work (SOW)
  • Negotiate rates with customers and partners

  • Complete partner subcontract agreements

  • Sustain services bookings and revenue forecasts against quota
  • Introduce and engage partners with customers

  • Proactively meet with customers to identify service needs & gaps

Practice Development

  • Assist with the definition of standard service offerings

  • Assist with the development of standard service delivery materials, templates, etc.
  • Ensure services use cases are well defined for sold engagements
  • Lead internal knowledge transfer sessions prior to starting engagements
  • Maintain document storage and handling standards (SOWs, deliverables, change requests, etc)
  • Ensure timecards are in and accounted for on a weekly basis

Team Development

  • Recruit and interview new consultants

  • On-board and train new consultants
  • Create and execute a plan for continual skill and professional development

  • Maintain skills matrix for all team members
  • Manage career development for team members

You Have:

  • Minimum 7 years of consulting experience
  • Minimum 3 years program management experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience implementing data governance
  • Experience with Collibra DGC platform implementations
  • Experience building services teams
  • Experience working with data governance focused partners within specific geographic regions
  • Experience scoping, writing and negotiating SOWs
  • Experience carrying and achieving quota
  • A proven and successful track record of working within a Professional Services Manager capacity in a fast growing, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The desire to continuously innovate and improve
  • The ability to work in a non-traditional office environment using virtual teaming and working remotely
  • Ability and willingness to travel
