Clyde is an end-to-end product protection platform that is re-thinking the way retailers increase loyalty and drive revenue, and the way customers manage their purchases. We are tackling the $50B per year extended warranty market and becoming the de facto solution in the space by leveraging an intense focus on product, design, and customer experience. Clyde delivers product protection plans directly to consumers as they shop, owning the relationship from purchase to claim submission to resolution. We know that the relationship between retailers and their customers is far from over after checkout, so we’re building products to deliver value at every stage of this relationship.

As a Program Coordinator at Clyde, you'll primarily oversee the process of matching eligible products to service contract programs and manage the ongoing process as new products are added to existing merchant catalogs. For newly signed merchants, you will partner with Clyde’s Implementation Team to assist with the product and program matching process. In addition, you will create the weekly new product file and the monthly claims file for our obligor partners. A core function of this role will also include supporting the Senior Program Managers as new product categories are identified for coverage and completing the various administrative tasks associated with managing service contract programs. You are incredibly thorough and detail oriented, and will have experience in completing assigned tasks in a timely manner. As a Program Coordinator, your goal is to ensure that all merchants are optimized from a product/program matching perspective based on Clyde’s available assortment of service contract programs.

What you’ll do:

  • Utilize Clyde’s product matching tool to align eligible products to appropriate service contract programs for our merchants
  • Interpret reports and develop actionable plans to deliver weekly and monthly reporting for our partners
  • Perform data analysis on data sets pulled from a variety of systems and tables
  • Enhance process efficiency and accuracy through automation or establishment of manual processes
  • Support Senior Program Managers’ administrative needs and other departments through data analysis
  • Own documentation of assigned processes in compliance with various audit requirements and ensure those processes are adhered to
  • Act as a resource to our obligor partners’ team members
  • General support including but not limited to email and ticket support as needed
