Program Manager, Employee Engagement

The Role
Particle Health seeks an ambitious, organized, and culturally competent Employee Engagement Program Manager to plan, implement, manage, and measure the company's many projects related to making Particle Health a destination for the best talent in health tech.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as Project Owner (Program Manager is Responsible; VP of People is Accountable) for all projects within the Employee Engagement program
- Track, analyze, and report on metrics related to key Employee Engagement projects and topics, including the design and implementation of internal surveys for data collection
- Own the onboarding onto and usage of the tools and resources used as a part of the Employee Engagement projects, such as Lattice or Notion
- Manage key relationships with external vendors and partners relating to EE projects
- Partner with Operations for the successful planning and rollout of projects that impact the team's workflow or require a significant amount of time from employees
- Stay ahead of the curve on what's working at the best companies and propose ways Particle can emulate their success at our stage or scale
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years in a professional environment, at least two of which are on a People/Talent team
- Demonstrated success managing complex internal projects to completion
- Experience managing DEIB programming with clear, measurable outcomes
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Experience working in a mission-driven environment
- Experience in employee onboarding and training, preferably as trainer or facilitator; comfortable on camera or at the front of the room
Nice-to-Have:
- Demonstrated success managing ongoing DEIB programming
- Significant training and experience in key topics of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and justice
- Experience working in tech startups, healthtech is double bonus points
- Experience working with behavior-based competency models
- Experience writing training and/or onboarding guides
- Experience with Lattice, Notion, and/or Miro
