Program Manager, Global Security

We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our Global Security team!
What you’ll do:
Responsible for establishing the team document management program, specifically passionate about standard formatting, guideline categorization and retention
Coordinate GS team initiatives throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance within Snap guidelines
Manage the team's internal website page, partnering with functional leaders to position the team site as a one stop shop for Snap team members
Lead budgets and vendor relationships as assigned by Global Security Leadership
Own the team program review and metrics initiative; task tracking and identifying ways to action datasets across all functional areas
Develop the internal onboarding program for Global Security, with an eye on streamlining
Maintain supplies inventory, particularly team member needs, badging and support to security awareness programs
Help with various administrative, projects and office duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and applications
Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work-style
Strong familiarity with Google enterprise products (Gmail, calendar, docs) and implementing technology to increase efficiency
Experience with data analysis, specifically as it relates to using data to communicate strategy and action plans
Exceptionally proactive and able to take initiative and work efficiently with little direction
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Basic understanding in incident response, Crisis Management, Incident Management, Emergency Response
Experience working in the security, medical, emergency services, law enforcement, military, or customer service industry is helpful
Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends to adapt to our 24/7 operation
Ability to work comfortably in a team environment, as well as individually
Strong time management, ability to multitask, and attention to detail capabilities
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years demonstrated ability in a corporate security environment
Preferred Qualifications:
The flexibility to support any assigned shift and to attend meetings and training sessions
Experience working in a tech/startup environment
A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
