The Role:

DailyPay is seeking a Program Manager to support the development and rollout of a new major product initiative. You will own the overall project plan and orchestrate the successful execution of all deliverables, working cross-functionally with an array of internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment. This is a unique opportunity to influence the success of a high-impact, high-visibility venture, while gaining exposure to new technologies in a pioneering, hyper-growth fintech environment.

This role will report to the Director of Product Operations and work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and key stakeholders and leaders within and outside the organization.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Actively manage multiple software projects, ensuring all deliverables are met and projects are delivered on time
• Support management of long-term product planning and roadmap
• Own all project management boards so that status and launch targets are always up-to-date
• Resolve and/or escalate project risks and issues as needed
• Work with Product Managers to execute on product communications and go-to-market efforts
• Collaborate with clients and external partners on project deliverables
• Support the development and implementation of project management methods to enhance DailyPay’s project execution and delivery process
• Build effective relationships with all internal stakeholders and align on clear, actionable product strategies and priorities

What You Bring to The Team:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience as a project manager for a software team
• Proven ability to “manage up” and lead multi-departmental teams
• Proven success working with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders
• Ability to stay extremely organized in an always-changing work environment
• Ability to track multiple projects across various software, boards, and tools
• Knowledge of traditional waterfall and agile PM methodologies
• Solid technical background and an understanding of software development concepts
• Experience streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, introducing new features with positive business impacts
• Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required

Bonus Points For:

• Experience using Github, Jira, and other software project management tools
• Experience working in a growing startup environment
• PMP certification is helpful, but not required
