We are seeking a Partner Program Manager to scale and manage the success we are having in our partner delivery programs. You will own the day to day operations of managing our enterprise partners and responsible for the partner’s delivery capabilities and success. Your role in our Global Revenue Organization and Global Enterprise Technology Services is key to success as you help drive LivePerson’s revenue growth and scale.

Success will be measured by the quality of solutions delivered and the ability to scale our partner teams for internal and external needs. You will identify key areas in operations, support and enablement opportunities to scale and ensure the success of our partners.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Structures, standardizes and improves partner operations and enablement processes and support
  • Participate in partner implementations and playbook methodology development processes – provide leverage to the implementation SMEs assigned to the project
  • Managing the internal budget for partners directly tied to your day to day
  • Engaging with internal teams by creating systems & processes to ensure successful Partner delivery
  • Coordinating with internal product leadership teams on continuous improvement of our product and roadmap for Partners
  • Continuous improvement of processes between your direct counterparts in the rest of Enterprise Technology Services 
  • Ensuring Successful onboarding of partners and managing the performance, Growth & KPI for service delivery

We are an expert based culture and looking for leaders who can demonstrate the following:

  • Leadership and customer management experiences in client-facing expert teams.
  • Managed partner services relationship in your previous roles.
  • Experience in dealing with a large variety of customers in both Enterprise and mid-market.
  • Subject matter expert in creating processes and systems to best optimize partner delivery
  • Experience in developing best practices for partners to leverage and deliver to the field.
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of complex solutions.
  • Experience in a consultative capacity in managing internal and external expectations.
  • You are data driven and able to use the all relevant data available to make the best decisions.
  • You are a team player with not only your direct team but the cross-functional teams that you support or support you.
