Program Manager, Research Marketing

What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll support various customer marketing and stakeholder engagement initiatives, with a primary focus on initiatives related to expansion into international markets. This would include initiatives aimed at engaging stakeholders at medical conferences and collaborating with Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies on the role of RWD (real-world data). In addition, you'll also:
- Manage specific customer and stakeholder engagement initiatives targeting audiences in the U.S. and Europe, such as:
- Manage stakeholder engagement activities at the ESMO Annual Congress, the key medical oncology focused scientific conference in Europe
- Support Advisory Board meetings and activities to inform our international engagement with HTA bodies
- Support scoping and execution of new engagement initiatives to support LS customer growth, which may include email campaigns, live events, etc
- Support management of key research projects in collaboration with international Health Technology Assessment bodies (may be 1-2 concurrent projects) working with cross-functional teams
- Support execution of specific activities related to Flatiron’s customer conference, the Flatiron Research Summit
- Track and report-out various activities related to our engagement efforts and prioritize tasks across projects based on comprehensive judgement of trade-offs
You will work closely with other teams in marketing, the HTA Core team, Flatiron’s International teams, life sciences partnerships team, amongst others.
Who You Are
You work well cross-functionally and have exceptional project management, communication and problem-solving skills. You have an understanding of, and experience in the Life Sciences, Health Tech or Real-World Data (RWD) space. You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.
- You have 3+ years of project management / program management experience, ideally in the Life Sciences or Healthcare space (e.g., life science company, life sciences consulting, health tech company, etc.)
- You have very strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- You have experience managing complex and concurrent projects in a cross-functional or cross-disciplinary environment
- You have strong problem solving skills as demonstrated in the type of projects handled in past experience
- You have interest in working in and getting a better understanding of the healthcare and oncology space
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- You have an understanding or broad knowledge of drug/medical product development and/or understanding of the oncology space
- You have experience managing complex projects that are scientific, technical, or analytical in nature
- You have experience running stakeholder engagement programs in a regulated industry
- You have experience with digital marketing and event marketing
- You have an advanced degree: MBA, MS, MPH
