Program Manager, Robotic Process Automation

About the Role
This role is responsible for driving adoption and implementation of Robotic Process Automation across iCapital. This is a green-fields role that reports to the Chief Data Officer in the Data & Analytics organization. You will be working across Product Management, Operations, Client Service, and other cross-functional product and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Implement RPA solutions across an enterprise.
- Build the requirements gathering process; design, and implement solutions, and train end-users.
- Build out the Robotic Process Automation team.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience building RPA solutions
- Project management experience
- Understanding of finance operations processes
- Analytics driven - can measure the impact of RPA solution on processes and teams
- Intellectual curiosity - ask the why to help get to the best solution vs. just doing
- Technical understanding of APIs, HTML, and system integrations
- Integration experience and knowledgeable in how systems efficiently communicate
- Strong prioritization and project management skills, including timely and proactive communication of timelines, status, issue partner concerns
- Experience building and running a repeatable requirement gathering and implementation process
- Leadership and team building experience
- UI Path is a plus
