About the Role

This role is responsible for driving adoption and implementation of Robotic Process Automation across iCapital. This is a green-fields role that reports to the Chief Data Officer in the Data & Analytics organization. You will be working across Product Management, Operations, Client Service, and other cross-functional product and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Implement RPA solutions across an enterprise.
  • Build the requirements gathering process; design, and implement solutions, and train end-users.
  • Build out the Robotic Process Automation team.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience building RPA solutions
  • Project management experience
  • Understanding of finance operations processes
  • Analytics driven - can measure the impact of RPA solution on processes and teams
  • Intellectual curiosity - ask the why to help get to the best solution vs. just doing
  • Technical understanding of APIs, HTML, and system integrations
  • Integration experience and knowledgeable in how systems efficiently communicate
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills, including timely and proactive communication of timelines, status, issue partner concerns
  • Experience building and running a repeatable requirement gathering and implementation process
  • Leadership and team building experience
  • UI Path is a plus
