Job Title:  Program Manager, Sales & Partner Enablement

Role Overview:

As Program Manager, you will help plan, manage and execute training and enablement initiatives for UiPath’sdirect and partner sales teams. This role will support training and enablement programs such as our Sales Onboarding Program, Sales Foundations curriculum (product, competitive, and operational training) as well as on-demand sales enablement resources.  The position requires a self-starter with strong project/programmanagement skills, interpersonal/communication skills, and the ability to understand the sales process and work with a variety of roles within UI Path. This position reports to the Director of Sales Enablement.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales enablement team members globally to plan and manage the operational aspects of our programs.
  • Support the Onboarding Program Manager by assisting with planning New Hire events, managing invitation lists and communications, organizing content and presenters, and managing the closed-loop feedback process.
  • Support the development and ongoing management of a Sales Foundations eLearning course library.
  • Manage a bi-weekly Sales webcast series; including organizing presenters, managing the virtual events, and publishing all supporting materials to central enablement portal.
  • Establish and and maintain a global Sales Enablement reporting dashboard.
  • Identify issues and process improvements related to sales training to improve sales productivity and the overall Sales Enablement experience
  • Communicate and drive standardized ROI metrics by program/activity
  • Document UI Path Sales Enablement standard operating procedures and best practices.
  • Implement methods for evaluation of program effectiveness, evaluate the delivery of training, modify program based on feedback

  • Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills in order to lead, manage and conduct project activities with a variety of management levels, and disciplines.
  • Excellent project management skills-- training, planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management and plan execution is required.
  • Results-oriented, ensuring that plans are implemented comprehensively, meeting and exceeding the objectives and targets
  • Demonstrates ability to work cross-functionally and internationally, interacting with all levels of management, supporting organizations, theater leadership and regional/corporate executives
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Experience:

  • BS/BA degree
