William Hill, the leading sports betting company in the country, is seeking a Project
Coordinator who loves all sports, is full of ideas, and can thrive in a start-up
environment. The Project Coordinator is ultimately responsible for excellent delivery on
their assigned piece of business with oversight from the lead Project Manager.


Project Coordinators are great communicators and motivators with an innate ability to
“get things done.” As a result, they wear many hats. The Project Coordinator manages
all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery and must be intimately
familiar with the roles played by Design, Copywriting, Studio, Print Production, Editorial,
User Experience, Technology, and Quality Assurance.


They have experience moving projects through all internal departments and roles,
ensuring the proper reviews and approvals at appropriate stages.
Whether it’s advising on the feasibility of creative concepts, involving the correct
resources from each department at the optimal time, ensuring resources are available
and priorities are managed in alignment with each business unit, identifying bottlenecks
and proposing solutions ahead of time, the only thing that is certain is that no one day is
ever the same.

What You Will Be Doing:


• Maintaining and monitoring project timelines for various creative requests,
including but not limited to retail, promotions, and CRM emails.
• Owning and overseeing compliance/legal review and approval processes
• Organizing, attending, and participating in cross-functional team meetings
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Preparing necessary materials for meetings
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Providing administrative support as needed
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained
appropriately for each project
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute meeting minutes to
all project team members


What You Will Need:


• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in advertising agency, marketing, or related field
preferred
• Passion for sports or sports book experience a plus
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required
• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools a plus
• Attention to details even under pressure required
• Ability work effectively both independently and as part of a team is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook is
required
• Time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines required
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
