About the role:

The Project Coordinator, Maintenance Operations, supports, refines, and helps scale Q’s fulfillment operations on a national scale. As the main point person for our clients, a Project Coordinator on the Maintenance team strives to provide the best user experience through competitive quoting, efficient scheduling/coordination of logistics, effective communication, and provides consistent quality service. The Project Coordinator is an advocate for our Maintenance operators in their daily work and sets operators up for success on projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate and vet appropriate maintenance projects in the Office Help & Mounting maintenance categories
  • Use internal tools and systems to provide clients with quotes for maintenance services
  • Coordinate scheduling between 1st party maintenance operators and customers
  • Manage invoicing process once service is completed
  • Assist with internal initiatives to improve operational processes & improve the operator experience
  • Use Salesforce, Google Docs, Slack, smartphone, and proprietary internal technology to collaborate with the entire national Managed by Q team.
  • Contribute to product development that will influence all of Q—from quoting, to invoicing, to user experience, you’ll help influence the future of product at Q
  • Effectively and professionally instruct Maintenance Operators via written, face-to-face, or over-the-phone communication
  • Subject matter expert of policies and procedures and effectively communicate to Maintenance Operator base
  • Interact positively with and communicate openly with fellow Q team members 

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in a high­-output, high-­pressure team environment
  • Experience with process improvement and/or systems design
  • Experience working with and around multiple data and systems integrations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience working with or managing hourly employees
  • Bonus: Experience in a high growth technology startup or analyst/consulting role
